Friends Great to be blogging again after almost 2 months!!! For all those who are employed somewhere, this article may have something to relate to. Employers With so much happening in the recruitment space, we all have numerous options available with us to hire right from: - Free Hiring Through Institutions - Paid Bulk Hiring, Turnkey Projects - Temp Staffing (Through players like Teamlease) A lot of people are facing a situation wherein they have huge fleet on the ground requirements in Sales, Retail, Hospitality, ITES for freshers or up to 1 year experience, but are unable to fulfill them simply because sourcing is a big concern for these profiles. I was visiting my Kanpur Office for a campus interview with HCL Infosystems Ltd. It was a fantastic show by my team in Kanpur and we saw some good results by the end of day! Quite a few of our students (I work for IIJT Computer Education Ltd in Placements) got jobs in HCL Infosystems Ltd and this like always was a fantastic feeling to see your students placed.
